Welcome to the Borough of Point Pleasant Health and Vital Records online ordering system. Requests will be processed between Monday through Thursday, 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM, and Friday, 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

The Board of Health and Vital Records processes orders within 2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays, once all information is available. 

Please note - New Jersey law protects and restricts the release of Vital Records.  Vital Records are not public records and cannot be searched online.

REQUESTING A NON-GENEALOGICAL CERTIFIED BIRTH, DEATH, OR MARRIAGE CERTIFICATE

Birth Certificates 

• The Board of Health and Vital Records can issue Non-Genealogical Certified copies of Births occurring within the last 80 years or if the subject is still alive.  

Death Certificates 

• The Board of Health and Vital Records can issue Non-Genealogical Certified copies of deaths for individuals that have passed away in the Borough of Point Pleasant, NJ.

Marriage Certificates 

• The Board of Health and Vital Recordss can issue Non-Genealogical Certified copies of marriages that occurred in the Borough of Point Pleasant, NJ.
